Did you know that you might qualify for a $6500 Tax Credit if you buy this year? Okay, just checking. Don't want you to be caught unaware. For qualifying you can talk to your tax advisor or see
www.irs.gov if you're the researching type.
Perhaps you've been thinking of putting your home on the market.
Maybe you've already been thinking about it for a year and you've finally made that household decision.

There are a number of reasons and techniques people use in choosing a Realtor. What really interests me is that once you've decided to make a real estate move, you will make the decision of "Which Realtor?" within 72 hours. You may not be 'typical' but you may come close.
That doesn't give me much time to become your Realtor does it?
Wow, have I got my work cut out for me!
You want someone who has Market data. But after 25 years in advertising and marketing, I can tell you this. Lots of salespeople have numbers, but they cannot tell you what it means to YOU.
I can and will do that for you throughout the process. This is especially important in a changing market like the one we have.
So you want someone with Market savvy.
You want someone who cares about your goals and understands your needs.
You want someone who can negotiate the bumps in the road that come up... and you want them to do it without knowing they're even doing it!
You want someone who is going to hang in with you until that magical phone call comes that says "You're recorded." Call the moving truck!
