If you look at last October, you can see there were 281, with only 20 selling and 18 pending. It's a good measure of activity.
Average Days on Market was at 175 in September with prices being 83% of the Sale price Vs. the Originial List Price. In other words, on average, whatever you can put your house on the market for now, 175 days later, you could get somewhere between 83% and 100% of your asking price. I would imagine by then you will have reduced your price as market conditions change.
